Today, I'd like to talk about why ELGM is now a paid project.
ELGM used to be free for 3 main reasons:

1. I couldn't charge for a project I felt was unfinished/unpolished.
2. The demo was too small compared to the full project scope. 
3. I hoped that traction alone would generate enough Patron support to cover development costs.

As of 0.8, ELGM is ever closer to becoming a fully realized product, and I'm very excited to see this through to completion! Your support is the last push I need to speed up the process and get it done ASAP! Each cent helps, whether you purchase the game or support me on Patreon, which reminds me, Patrons Tier Knight and up will get an exclusive download link!*
